Facebook Messenger Graph API updates include ice breakers to reduce the friction between a business and customer. Other Facebook Messenger Graph API updates include the ability to view reactions and message replies so you can see which conversations a user is respond to. Why Facebook Messenger Graph API Updates Matter For Your Business You have to remember, as a business owner, you can't immediately move a customer from an initial meeting to a sale. It doesn't typically happen. By adding Facebook Messenger Graph API updates such as icebreakers, you can begin to take extra steps to move customers ahead, instead of slowly moving the conversation along with them. For example, you can surface common questions to help your customers faster, just by providing a few prompts and solutions for them. In addition, by adding the ability to react to messages, your business can get a better idea on whether the response was appropriate - maybe they reacted with an angry face?
