According to Pinterest, "now we’ve got a new tool that lets you find all those things you don't have the words to describe." You can read more about visual search pins on Pinterest's official blog. Instagram Tests 3D Touch Ads This week, Instagram is said to be testing 3D Touch, a feature available on Apple's newest iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Twitter Launches ScratchReel Over on Twitter, they announced a new feature called ScratchReel. This feature allows you to scrub through animated GIFs. If they are using the Facebook Mentions app, you can now subscribe to their live streams. Facebook Messenger Magic Another update from Facebook is a feature called Facebook Messenger photo magic. It is currently in testing, but the way that it works is it scans your photos you've taken using facial recognition. You then get notified and prompted to send pics to friends that it identifies. Tools In addition to sharing the latest in social media news from this past week, we also highlighted some great tools and apps to check out. Google Keep Google Keep is a free note-taking app that works with the Google suite of products. We would compare it to using Evernote. Download Google Keep LinkedIn Lookup The LinkedIn Lookup app can help you find and contact anyone at your company - even if you're not connected to them. Download LinkedIn Lookup Notify by Facebook Notify by Facebook is an app that notifies you when your favorite news, sports or celebrity channels post new content. Right now, they mainly support major news sites, but we expect them to add more as the service grows. Download Notify by Facebook Wrap-up That’s it for this week’s episode of Social Chatter. Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 @VincentOrleck It’s making a brand imprint which is psychological and visceral.
#NotAGuru 13 Nov 2015 @wagnerbranding is that still the case though? or are people reading it too easily?
Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 So product placement that causes a brand imprint on someone has a likelihood of causing the “I keep hearing about…” syndrome.
#NotAGuru 13 Nov 2015 @wagnerbranding im just not sure if that still holds as true as it used to…watching some thing like Back to the Future now is comical because of all the obvious product placement
Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 @VincentOrleck I see your point. We’ve evolved as a society and consumer base so product placement and celebrity influencers have to be integrated in a much more natural way.
Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 @ross_quintana It’s definitely not a this or that situation but knowing how to mix the different marketing strategies well.
Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 Well, that’s quite true that you need to work on keeping your customers and building them in addition to looking for new ones.
Wágner dos Santos 13 Nov 2015 Sometimes brands are too focused on the new shiny thing and lose focus on their base.
Ross Quintana 13 Nov 2015 @wagnerbranding Agreed, if you want to insulate your business against change you have to have loyalty and that is developed through relationships with your customers
Social Chefs 13 Nov 2015 Topic 5: Facebook Messenger Magic http://techcrunch.com/2015/11/09/facebook-photo-magic/
Ross Quintana 13 Nov 2015 Haven’t played with it much but you know if Google makes it the integration is going to be good
Kristin Drysdale 13 Nov 2015 @Ross_Quintana It’s okay… I’m an Evernote Geek. Love the integration with LinkedIn, NYT & Wall Street Journal.
Kristin Drysdale 13 Nov 2015 WOW! Two screens? You just went to superhero status in my mind @socialchefs . =D
Social Chefs 13 Nov 2015 @KristinDrysdale it’s hard to get down that far. Took a little time. Now I have a process I work.

Social Chefs 13 Nov 2015 @KristinDrysdale I’ve been really trying to reduce the number of notebooks I have and move more towards tags.
J S Gilbert 13 Nov 2015 Do you guys have an app telling you about what’s going on in France right now? 60 dead.
Kristin Drysdale 13 Nov 2015 I used to begin my day in Evernote… This past week I’ve gotten totally sucked into Feedly.
Social Chefs 13 Nov 2015 @KristinDrysdale this article might help with using Feedly https://www.socialchefs.com/how-to-use-feedly-video/

Ross Quintana 13 Nov 2015 IF it is Fri I think earlier is better once people are about to get off work I think they tune out
Kristin Drysdale 13 Nov 2015 Yep. It’s publicity… And plus people can be prepared and you’re likely to get more in-depth content.
Kristin Drysdale 13 Nov 2015 @jeffsieh I still want to see a Red Carpet Show for Google HOAs so you can get the reward for best video production. =D
