Why LinkedIn CTA Buttons For Pages Matter For Your Business

Also in Facebook news, they are rolling out Facebook Stories tagging.

LinkedIn is making it easier for your business to drive more leads through their platform with new LinkedIn CTA buttons. You'll be able to drive sign ups, traffic and more for your business.

In addition, LinkedIn now allows you to edit your Page details and posts from mobile, so if you haven't edited your Page in a while, now you can - from anywhere!

You can read the announcement about LinkedIn CTA buttons for pages here.

Instagram Ads In Explore

In Instagram news, you'll now see Instagram ads in Explore.

What this means is that you'll now see more Instagram Ads in the Explore section, which was previously just a place to discover new organic content around your interests.

Why Instagram Ads In Explore Feed Matters For Your Business

The bottomline is that as a business, you'll now be able to run Instagram Ads to the Explore feed. This can be a way to generate revenue if customers shop from your ads. It can also be a great way to drive potential customers further down your funnel.

Ads in your Instagram Explore feed should start appearing over the next several months.

You can read the announcement about Instagram Ads in your Explore feed here.

In Testing: New Facebook Post Previews

In Facebook news, they are testing a new Facebook post preview. Here is what the new post looks like.

In testing, a new Facebook post preview

The new Facebook post preview will now let you see how your post will appear on desktop and mobile. This can be great if you're not sure about the image you shared and how it looks on mobile.

Why A New Facebook Post Preview Matters For Your Business

When your content is shared on Facebook, you want to make sure that it looks its best. You're competing with other users for attention.

Now that you can see how your post will look on desktop and mobile, you have no excuse for publishing content with images that are not optimized for Facebook.

For those of you who want to control the image that is shared with your Facebook posts, we recommend using Social Warfare to help you customize the image that is shared with the post.

While this feature is currently being tested, it might be a good time to clean-up the images that are associated with each of your posts on your website.

Facebook Group Community Standards

Also in Facebook news, they are rolling out a new feature using Facebook Group community standards to automatically remove content in a group that goes against the Community Standards.

If Facebook identifies content that violates their community standards, they will remove it from Facebook (and tell the group's admin). The content that was removed will be visible to the group admins for 7 days.

Why Facebook Group Community Standards Matter For Your Business

Need help managing your Facebook Group? With Facebook adding a feature to control content in Groups, this may help you if your Group is overrun with inappropriate content.

You won't have to do anything, except keep an eye out in your notifications. Facebook may notify you if you are one of the group's admins and there was content that was removed.

Why Saving Instagram Stories Photo & Video Content Matters For Your Business

Although this is a minor update to Instagram Stories, businesses should like it. Here's why.

Now your business will be able to take as many photos and videos for Instagram Stories and then go back and edit them or pick the best ones. They'll be saved for a week. This way you can also remix them into a weekly Stories recap and more. Although you can already save the items to your camera roll, this new feature is built-in to Instagram.

To get the ability to save Instagram Stories photos and videos for seven days, simply update your Instagram app from your device's App Store.
