Now, it’s that one-touch photo or video capture element that really intrigued me to research, and eventually find what became the title of todays episode, and hence forth is my crazy conspiracy theory- Snapchat allowed IG to create Stories because it gave them permission to use the capture feature.
US Patent number US8428453 is my evidence of permission granted by SC. This Patent was granted to Snapchat after a settling out of court with a company called Bigfoot Internet Ventures, who claimed they filed a pending patent application for the ability to either press a button to take a still photo or long press the same button to create a video. Think about IG Stories and HOW you execute content creation and it matches perfectly with this Snapchat patented and used feature. -

Great podcast
SO to my boy Zach who's in Ep. 13. The questions are great, the content is great. I am 'in the know' with snapchat but it's still fun to see it from an 'outsiders' perspective.

Even though I was a recent guest of the show, I've been a listener to The Snapchatters Podcast since episode 1.
Brad continues to bring value and education on every show with knowledgeable guests and actionable ways to use the platform, both for personal and for business. I really think this show is ahead of its time in that there are hardly any podcast resources out there discussing Snapchat specifically. I fully expect the show to quickly develop an audience hungry for information about the platform and for Brad to continue to provide that for us.
